Responsibilities• Provide direct patient care including completion of social assessments, formulation of treatment plans, and provision of individual, group, family, and special focus group psychotherapy.
• Facilitate an IOP group for chemical dependency and contribute to the multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Conduct discharge and continuing care planning, ensuring compliance with Joint Commission standards, State Health Department requirements, and all other regulatory standards.

Education/Licensure
: MSW or Master’s degree in Counseling from an accredited college or university. Candidate must possess a LSW, LISW, LPC or LPCC issued by the State of Ohio.
Two years of previous experience in a mental health or substance abuse treatment facility with direct experience with group therapy, crisis intervention, and treatment planning is required.
