A dealership is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to answer multi-phone lines, transfer calls, schedule appointments, take payments, give receipts, and utilize a computer. Training will be conducted from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. and actual work hours are Monday and Thursday 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

• Answer multi-line phone system and transfer calls as needed.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendar as required.
• Process payments and provide receipts.
• Use computer systems to perform required tasks.

• Qualified candidates must have previous receptionist experience.
• Must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills.
• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must have a professional appearance and articulate phone presence.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
