• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• (CDL not required unless operating larger vehicles)
• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse, inventory, or parts department setting (preferred)
• Basic computer and data entry skills for inventory tracking and order processing
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in pulling, counting, and shipping parts
• Effective organizational and time‑management skills
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with coworkers, vendors, and customers
• Ability to safely operate a company vehicle for local deliveries
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Must be dependable, self‑motivated, and able to follow verbal and written instructions

• Receive incoming shipments; inspect, verify, and document contents
• Sort, label, and store incoming goods in designated areas according to inventory procedures
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments received and sent, including entering data into inventory and shipping systems

• Pack, label, and process orders using shipping systems
• Ensure items are correctly labeled, securely packed, and accompanied by appropriate shipping documentation

• Drive a company vehicle to deliver or pick up parts from customers, vendors, or other locations
• Ensure accuracy of orders and obtain required signatures or delivery confirmations
• Perform local parts deliveries using a company vehicle

• Stock parts in designated locations to maintain an orderly warehouse
• Accurately pull parts to fulfill customer and internal orders promptly and professionally
• Assist team members with parts pulls, returns, or locating items

• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy
• Prepare and process parts for return to vendors as required
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment; keep delivery vehicle, stockroom, and shipping/receiving areas organized
• Follow all company safety procedures and report hazards promptly; adhere to proper use of PPE and safe vehicle operation
• Assist with various department tasks as assigned to ensure smooth parts department operations
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and external vendors to resolve discrepancies or delays in shipping and receiving
