What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead and manage a territorial sales team, providing coaching and performance management
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations
  • Develop and implement territory expansion strategies to optimize market presence
  • Maintain relationships with key accounts and resolve customer issues
  • Utilize CRM systems for effective territory management and reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • 3-10 years of successful sales management experience leading teams
  • Minimum of 5 years of individual sales experience prior to management
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing team members
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools

  • Background in agricultural equipment, commodities, or farm services
  • Experience in industrial sales, particularly with construction equipment or heavy machinery
  • Familiarity with auction, equipment, or real estate sales
  • Experience serving rural and agricultural communities
