Centra Care is seeking CRNA's to join their Anesthesia department based in Willmar, MN

Schedule

* Part-time | 24 hours per pay period

* Shifts occur Mon-Fri, 7am - 3:30pm

* Occasional late shifts

Pay and Benefits

* Salary range: $ - $ per year

* Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity

* Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

* May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

* $75,000 Sign-on Bonus available

Qualifications

Required:

* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota.

* Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist.

* Current licensure as an APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse) in the State of Minnesota.

* Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy.

* Successful completion of medical staff office credentialing must be completed prior to working without a preceptor.

* Successful completion of third-party payer credentialing must be completed prior to billing for services

Preferred:

* Knowledge of growth and development principles over the entire life span of the patient population to include neonate to geriatric.

* Ability to observe, assess, and interpret patient age specific data, reaction, treatments, progress, and outcomes.

* Knowledge of current anesthesia principles and practices, agents, equipment, devices, and techniques.

* Knowledge of emergency medical procedures

* Ability to communicate effectively with other professionals and the general public.

Department Information:

The Anesthesiology Department includes 9 CRNAs and 2 MDs providing services in both the hospital and Ambulatory Surgery Center. The team manages a broad range of cases, including peds, OB, ENT, general, robotic, ortho, GYN, urology, podiatry, endoscopy, epidurals, and pain blocks. Using a combination of medical direction and CRNA-only models, CRNAs average approximately 10 cases per day at the surgery center and 4 per day in the hospital.

The department utilizes the Epic EMR system to support clinical documentation and care coordination.
