Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a pediatric-focused position with both outpatient pediatrics and some adult inpatient coverage; EPIC experience is preferred.
Responsibilities- Primarily outpatient pediatrics with some adult inpatient coverage as needed
- Work with a wide variety of diagnoses in both children and adults
- Day shift position, Monday to Thursday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm and Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
- Experience in acute care, outpatient clinic, and pediatrics required
- EPIC EMR is used; prior experience preferred
- Position is mainly pediatric outpatient with occasional adult inpatient responsibilities
- Comprehensive orientation and team support provided
- Two professional references from supervisors within the past two years may be requested
- Full seven-year work history with all gaps explained may be requested
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license required if applicable
- New graduates with OT certification and prior pediatric experience as a COTA will be considered
- Experience in acute care, outpatient, and pediatrics
- Primary residence must be more than 25 miles from the facility
