Primary responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent customer service to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Promoting programs such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and Healthy Pack Rx , and assisting with patient enrollment.
• Leading the team through modeling, coaching, and maintaining high standards in patient service.
• Organizing workflow for efficient prescription filling, patient counseling, and clinical services.
• Developing and maintaining long-term care business with nursing homes, group homes, and assisted living facilities.
• Identifying and communicating opportunities in Long Term Care and Specialty pharmacy to marketers.
• Dispensing medications and supplies, and providing comprehensive clinical pharmacy services.

Physical Demands:

This role may require prolonged periods of standing, talking, hearing, using hands and fingers, and reaching. Employees must occasionally lift up to 40 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, color, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

Requirements:

• Pharmacy license or eligibility to obtain one without sanctions.
• Pharm
  
  D or MTM Certification (proof required).
• Current Immunization Certification.
• Current CPR Certification.
• NPI Number.
