As the Associate Branch Manager at QC Supply, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with our Branch Manager to execute day-to-day processes and operations of our Willmar, MN location. From supporting walk-in customers in our showroom, while also flexing to pick, pack and ship, making sure orders are accurate and delivered on time, you'll be an essential part of our team.

To excel as an Associate Branch Manager at QC Supply, you'll need a diverse skill set that includes 3-5 years of proven work experience in sales or business management. Your ability to oversee all aspects of the location and ensure efficient distribution processes will be crucial. While agriculture experience is preferred, your strong understanding of distribution practices is essential to drive our operations effectively.

You'll be an example in maintaining safety standards, policy adherence and housekeeping protocols.

Your keen eye for detail will come into play as you manage inbound and outbound order flows and support inventory control through daily cycle counts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and a knack for market dynamics will further support your success in this fast-paced, customer-centric role.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• 3-5 years of proven work experience in sales or business management
• Agriculture experience is preferred but not required
• Recommend to customers the best parts and equipment available with which their needs can be addressed
• Educate new customers on new products and special promotions as well as promote QC Supply products
• Properly operate office equipment, handle payment transactions, and efficiently utilize computer operating systems
• Strong understanding of distribution and the required routines in support
