Communicate late delivery information and provide follow-up correspondence per department procedures;
Work closely with the Appointment Coordinator to alert necessary personnel of potential late trucks as identified by track and trace;
Communicate any WM/Sams issues with deliveries to the WM vendor Management team;
Run Wal-Mart appointment verification daily and cross-check AS 400;
Administer late coding for late customer deliveries and track/report per period.
