We are searching for a reliable, experienced carpenter and handyman who wants to stop doing the same thing every day or who is sick of looking for work and managing a business. The successful candidate will execute on jobs anywhere from a few hours up to a full bathroom remodel to customers in our community, If you have 10 or more years of paid experience in general carpentry and handyperson work with a wide range of skills especially in the following areas, we want to hear from you:

Bathroom upgrades / remodel

Drywall repair / patching/ caulking

Flooring repair and installation

General carpentry

Finish carpentry

Tile installation

General home repairs and handyperson work

Kitchen repair / remodel

Minor plumbing and electrical

Painting interior and exterior

Deck repair

Installations over tile and tile repair

Requirements

The appropriate candidate for the Lead Home Maintenance and Upgrade Technician and Handyman position will be proficient in miscellaneous around-the-house type repairs like carpentry, basic plumbing, drywall, painting, and basic electrical. You must be outgoing and have great people skills, both with customers and other technicians. Past experience running your own construction team or business in the past is a significant plus but isn't required but past experience running your own business and/or working collaboratively with others is highly recommended.

Candidates do not need to be licensed tradesmen, but those candidates are welcome to apply.

Qualified candidates will need a driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and standard tools. Candidate must also be a legal resident of the US and speak fluent English.
