The Kitchen & Bath Expeditor supports the sales team by engaging in face‑to‑face, phone, and electronic sales, utilizing exceptional customer service and sales skills to execute functional design and layout solutions. This role facilitates and expedites the flow of Kitchen and Bath products to and from vendors and customers.

$20 - $22 per hour with annual performance‑based raises.

• Assist and support K&B sales with product selection, questions, and order writing
• Check orders for accuracy
• Set up special orders
• Schedule deliveries to satisfy customer needs and maintain sale profitability
• Deal directly with vendors to ensure prompts and accurate delivery of goods
• Inspect goods upon delivery to verify specs match order
• Handle delivery inconsistencies or delays
• Develop continuous business relationships with customers and vendors
• Maintain a neat and clean showroom appearance
• Ensure product literature is current and in stock
• Practice good merchandising, setup and traffic flow
• Maintain inventory levels
• Other duties may be assigned
