• sell professional beauty brands, educate customers on promotions, and manage sales transactions
• process and replenish merchandise; prepare for and participate in physical inventories and cycle counts; maintain store appearance
• share product knowledge and hair‑beauty industry trends with customers
• collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals and priorities

• outstanding customer service and communication skills
• retail or related experience strongly preferred
• basic reading and math skills
• proficiency with computerised point of sale systems (sap experience preferred)
• availability to work weekends as required
• minimum age 18 with high‑school diploma or equivalent ged (preferred)
• ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk throughout scheduled shift

salary range: $15.60 to $17.60 per hour
