Polli Properties is looking for a sharp, organized High‑Level Executive Assistant with a strong focus on Marketing that keeps our real estate business moving. This role is hands‑on and fast‑paced, with real ownership over systems, campaigns, and reporting. You won’t just assist, you’ll run point on marketing execution and support the team with smart, efficient processes and creative marketing strategies.

• Base Salary: $45,000–$55,000 per year

• Marketing Execution
  :
  Launch and manage basic marketing campaigns; keep content, materials, and timelines organized; track results and report key takeaways
• Client & Brand Support
  :
  Handle client outreach, mailings, and gifts; plan and execute events and brand initiatives; maintain a polished, consistent brand presence
• Systems & Coordination
  :
  Update CRM and marketing tools; coordinate vendors, invoices, and expenses; improve workflows and daily processes

• Background in marketing with a small business is a plus
• Strong organization and attention to detail
