Your day-to-day as a Halar Coating Process Technician:

• Operate and maintain Halar (ECTFE) coating equipment and ovens to ensure consistent production quality.
• Perform thorough surface preparation, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and inspecting metal components.
• Apply Halar coatings according to standard operating procedures and customer specifications.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections, including visual checks, adhesion testing, and thickness measurements.

Your skills and experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in industrial coating, paint finishing, powder coating, or related manufacturing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications and procedures.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a production environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment setup, troubleshooting, and process adjustments.
