Your day-to-day as a Specialized Cleaning Technician:

• Perform specialized cleaning tasks including dryer vent, mini split, air duct, and carpet cleaning
• Strip, wax, and maintain various types of flooring surfaces
• Interact professionally with customers to address their cleaning needs and provide assistance
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies efficiently
• Work both independently and as part of a team to complete assigned projects
• Respond to on-call requests and work occasional overtime as needed

Your skills and experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional cleaning or related physical labor experience
• Ability to lift and maneuver 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
• Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction
• Adaptability to learn new cleaning techniques and handle diverse tasks
• Handiness with tools and equipment used in cleaning and maintenance
• Dependable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
