• Organizational location:
  Office of Contracting, USCIS, Department of Homeland Security – assignment based on agency need.
• Responsible for management of procurement‑related systems and serve as focal point for issues affecting programs such as Procurement Request Information System Management (PRISM).
• Develops and administers databases used to contain contracting data sets for mission‑critical reporting requirements.
• Responsible for reporting and analysis of statistical data relating to the organization’s operations.
• Ensures accurate, concise, timely information is available to management and policy officials.
• Represents the organization at meetings and conferences as directed by supervisor.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. National.
• Successfully pass a Background Investigation, including financial disclosure.
• Must pass a drug screening.
• Males born after 12/31/1959 must be registered with the Selective Service.
• Political appointees may require OPM approval before onboarding.
• USCIS applies the Telework Enhancement Act of 2010 to its telework program.

:
You qualify at the GS‑13 level if you possess one year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS‑12 level, and have performed the following duties:

• Working with multiple sophisticated management information systems.
• Providing reporting and analysis of statistical data relating to the organization’s operations.
• Providing technical assistance and direct support to staff in applying procurement‑related systems and management programs.

There is no educational substitution at this grade level.
