Job Overview

This full-time, in-office position with East Rise Credit Union supports Financial Advisors affiliated with LPL Financial under the Employee Advisor Model, providing a strong foundation for professional growth in wealth management. The role focuses on delivering a high-quality client experience while collaborating closely with advisors and various internal departments across a growing organization. Ideal candidates are team-oriented and motivated to make a meaningful impact, demonstrating integrity, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement in all aspects of their work.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate daily with advisors and clients, taking ownership of inquiries and ensuring timely resolutions
  • Handle client questions on account activity, policies, and documentation
  • Submit and process account activities such as new accounts, transfers, maintenance, and trade orders
  • Proactively reach out on time-sensitive items like RMDs, distributions, and tax forms
  • Research and resolve complex issues while coordinating with internal departments
  • Maintain accurate client information in CRM and support administrative needs (scheduling, meeting prep)
  • Promote efficiency by encouraging use of eSignature, paperless statements, and Account View

Requirements
  • Ability to go in office M-F in our Williston, Vermont office
  • 1-3 years of financial industry experience, preferably in wealth management
  • Strong background in client service with excellent communication skills

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build and foster relationships with clients, coworkers, and internal/external partners

  • Self‑motivated, driven and takes initiative
  • Experience with the Microsoft program suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Preferences
  • Desire to obtain industry licenses (i.e., SIE, Series 7 and 66)
Pay Range

$23.51-$39.18/hour. Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
