The following scope of services is intended to cover the entire scope of any or all four projects listed in this RFP. This list is intended to be scaled, as agreed upon with the Town, to ensure that the scope of the individual project meets the necessary federal (FEMA and/or FHWA) or state funding requirements. If all steps are not necessary to advance a project to construction, the Consultant shall include the recommended process in their proposal.
In addition, the Town is hoping to engage with the selected firm for ongoing on‑call engineering services. This long‑term partnership would support the Town on highway & stormwater design, solutions to recurring issues and planning for new projects as they arise, primarily responding to assistance requests from the Town Road Commissioner.
