• Fracturing Operators are an important part of our field operating team.
• Drive equipment to site and prepare the well site for operation.
• Mix and pump fluids during each stage of our fracturing jobs.
• Maintain a safety-minded approach while completing duties in a timely and effective manner.

• Competitive compensation based on experience and credentials, $85,000 to $135,000 first year, DOE
• Premium hourly rate for Local Employees

• Earn a Class A CDL with CWS CDL Training Reimbursement Program for Non-CDL holders
• Up to $1,500 a month for travel paid to rotating employees

• $40 a day per diem when working and staying away from home district and food not provided
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) - provided to each new hire specific to each position

• Fourteen (14) days on Seven (7) days off
• Rotate from Days to Nights after days off
• 12+ hour shifts
• Consistent high amounts of Overtime available

• Previous industry experience preferred
• Valid Class A CDL preferred
• Satisfactory MVR
