We're seeking a Field Operations Manager who brings deep operational expertise, proven leadership, and an uncompromising commitment to safety.

• Champion Safety First: Enforce strict compliance with DOT, OSHA, environmental, and internal safety standards. Lead by example and ensure drivers and crews never cut corners.
• Lead Daily Operations: Oversee field employees, dispatch schedules, and delivery assignments to keep projects efficient, safe, and on time.
• Driver Oversight: With your valid CDL-A, guide, train, and evaluate drivers on safe loading/unloading, hazmat handling, and compliance.
• Fleet Management: Keep our fleet in peak condition through proactive inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance that minimize downtime and protect operator safety.
• Operational Excellence: Develop, implement, and enhance operational policies, support budgeting/forecasting, and drive efficiency while maintaining strict safety standards.
• Training & Development: Enhance, design and deliver training programs that reinforce compliance and build a strong safety culture across the team.
• Leadership: Act as branch leader when required, making operational decisions that prioritize people, safety, and company success.

• Proven experience in operations management, dispatch, fleet oversight, or safety leadership.
• Valid CDL-A with Hazmat, Tanker, and Doubles/Triples endorsements (required).
• Deep knowledge of safety regulations, OSHA requirements, DOT compliance, and fleet best practices.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a commitment to accountability and safety-first operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel essential) and dispatch/ops systems.
• Ability to thrive in both office and field environments; willingness to travel as needed.
