The Shop Foreman supervises Technicians, mentors, and assists with truck repairs, and also performs repairs themselves. Candidates should be detail-oriented, customer-focused, adhere to safety standards, work well in teams, and maintain regular attendance.

Applicants must be experienced with Cummins, Caterpillar, MX engines, and Paccar drivetrain components, and able to interpret engine and chassis diagnostic software. Proficiency in computer systems, email, and Microsoft Office is required.

Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, with a salary up to $90,000/year DOE.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of diesel technician experience or certification, a valid driver’s license, previous supervisory experience, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications:

• Technical training or education in Diesel Technology or related field (preferred)
