Responsibilities

Electrical Consultant will have the skills and knowledge required to install, troubleshoot, and maintain plant/field instrumentation and equipment. This includes but not limited to transmitters, valves, switches, sensors, pumps, motors, VFDs, switch gear, lighting, transformers, etc. This is a role that requires directing, scheduling, and supporting contractor crews while ensuring all safety processes are followed. Knowledge of NEC electrical code is a must.

North Dakota Journeyman license is required.

  • Ability and willingness to support and nurture the culture of safety in the field.
  • Ability to read and follow loop drawings and P&’s to install, maintain and troubleshoot heaters, motors, heat trace and other devices in a well production facility environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate job details and status onsite as well as sharing this information via phone calls, emails, and data entry.
  • Ability to coordinate, communicate and work with employees from other contract companies, crafts, and or other departments to meet a common goal.

Work Schedule

  • Usual work is conducted M-F with on call needs met on a rotational schedule. Ability to respond to after hours issues will be required when scheduled on call.
