Job Description:

WTI is hiring qualified diesel mechanics in Williston North Dakota!

• Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on diesel-powered trucks, oilfield equipment, and other heavy machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, including engines, transmissions, and drive trains.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance on diesel trucks and heavy equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Perform routine fleet maintenance including oil changes, tire changes, and service brakes, shoes and drums as needed.
• Follow the established truck and equipment preventive maintenance schedule provided by the Service Manager.

• Experience as a diesel mechanic, with hands-on experience in the oilfield, construction, or heavy equipment industries.
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification or trade school preferred).
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, transmissions, and electrical system maintenance.
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Must be able to work in outdoor environments, including extreme temperatures, and on uneven surfaces.
• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and crouch for extended periods.
