** 8 days on / 4 days off | Local candidates only**
Launch a hands‑on career in industrial lab work supporting oilfield services. As a Trainee Laboratory Technician, you’ll run QA tests, prepare lab reports for wellsite teams, maintain lab equipment, and learn additive selection and fluid design under expert supervision. Strong safety culture, on‑the‑job training, and clear progression into technical roles.
What you’ll do- Perform product quality assurance testing and prepare lab reports
- Maintain equipment, manage lab waste, and support lab audits
- Assist Design/Technical Engineers and Product Champions with technical support as needed.
- Participate in HSE and quality initiatives and complete required certifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic understanding of laboratory testing procedures and quality control principles.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn advanced additive selection and fluid design techniques.
