Job Summary And Responsibilities

As our OB Nurse at CHI St. Alexius Health Williston, now part of Common Spirit Health, you’ll guide patients through the labor and childbirth process with a focus on the safety of the mother and baby. Your role demands kindness, compassion, and the ability to remain calm during emergencies, ensuring patients and their families feel supported throughout the entire experience.

• Assess antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum patients for risk factors, normal progression, and symptoms of complications, monitoring changes continuously.
• Respond to life‑saving situations based on nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Prioritize care plans, anticipating personnel, supplies, and equipment needs.
• Collaborate with providers to deliver exceptional care.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Provide patient and family education about labor, delivery, and postpartum care.

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) by the State of North Dakota Board of Nursing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification – grace period 12 months

We’re offering a $35,000 sign‑on bonus to new hires who meet eligibility requirements, in addition to relocation assistance.

Pay Range: $35.62 – $52.99 per hour.
