Rework Coordinator

Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate orders in person, over phones, and email.

• Prepare shipping documents for outgoing NOV products.

• Clean and maintain efficient work space.

• Participate in action plans for new projects defined by management.

• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.

• Ship, receive, and maintain accurate records for repairs of downhole products.

• Provide instruction to approved third party suppliers for rework of downhole products.

• Perform incoming receiving dimensional and Quality inspections for repaired and new manufactured parts.

• Load and unloading pallets & downhole tools from trucks with the use of forklift and cranes.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Experience displayed and recorded which is applicable to the service pertinent tools preferred

• Sufficient training and experience to be thoroughly familiar with the operational characteristics of company products preferred
