SON Oilfield Services is hiring a full-time Seamstress / Tailor to join our insulation blanket manufacturing team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, works well in a fast-paced environment, and has strong sewing and fabrication skills.

• Sew and assemble custom insulation blankets according to measurements and job specs
• Operate industrial sewing machines (and related shop equipment)
• Cut fabric/material accurately and efficiently
• Install grommets, straps, closures, and fasteners as needed
• Maintain quality control and ensure clean finished products
• Keep workstation clean, organized, and safe
• Work alongside supervisors and production team to meet deadlines

• Sewing experience (industrial sewing is a plus)
• Tailoring, upholstery, or fabrication background preferred
• Ability to read basic measurements and follow work instructions
• Attention to detail and consistent quality
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light-to-moderate materials
