• Assist partners in developing security‑led sales motions and positioning Microsoft Security effectively

• 3–6+ years of experience in partner sales, sales enablement, or channel roles
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security and compliance capabilities
• Experience working with Microsoft partners or Microsoft security solutions
• Strong presentation and enablement skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience

• Microsoft Security certifications or training experience
• Ability to engage both sales and technical audiences effectively
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive approach to execution
