Business Manager (F&I) – Chrysler Dodge Jeep Honda Ryan Motors, Williston ND

Our busy CDJR dealership is looking for a Finance & Insurance Manager who can help customers secure financing while protecting the dealership and delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities:

• Present financing and protection product options clearly and professionally
• Work with lenders to secure competitive financing approvals
• Structure deals in compliance with all regulations and lender guidelines
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all finance paperwork
• Offer service contracts, GAP, and protection products to customers
• Maintain strong relationships with lenders and dealership staff
• Help maximize profitability while maintaining a great customer experience

What We're Looking For:

• Automotive F&I experience preferred (CDJR experience a plus)
• Strong knowledge of automotive lending and compliance
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Professional and customer-focused
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Strong computer skills and dealership software experience
• Confident but not pushy
• Honest and trustworthy
• Motivated by performance
• Great with people and paperwork alike
• 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license
