We are seeking experienced Travel RNs for a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility in Willingboro, NJ. This contract offers day shifts (12-hour) with every 3rd weekend rotation. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality nursing care and guiding support staff in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments within 8 hours of admission and develop individualized care plans.

• Deliver direct patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

• Provide patient education and initiate discharge planning from day one of admission.

• Supervise and delegate to LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing personnel appropriately.

• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and timely.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in team conferences to ensure continuity of care.

• Communicate status updates and significant changes in patient condition to physicians and nursing leadership.

• Function as Charge RN as needed following orientation.

• Maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment and contribute to ongoing unit improvement.

• Monitor supplies and provide care in a cost-effective manner.
Requirements:

• Active RN license in New Jersey (or compact license eligible)

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute or LTAC RN experience

• BLS required; ACLS preferred

• Strong critical thinking and time management skills

• Flexibility to work every 3rd weekend
