Process Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Process Engineer to join our team near Williamsport, PA. This pivotal role focuses on optimizing and enhancing the process engineering functions across three manufacturing plants, with the aim of driving operational excellence and efficiency improvements. Compensation in the $180,000 to $200,000 range.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and refine production processes to ensure stability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Develop and execute process engineering initiatives to support business goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of Managers and Engineers, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
• Utilize Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance processes.
• Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience in process engineering, project management, and continuous improvement within consumer products or high-speed manufacturing sectors.
• Proven leadership skills with a history of coaching, mentoring, and developing engineering teams.
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma Certification (minimum Green Belt) required.
• Strong analytical skills with a proficiency in data analysis.
• Experience in the paper industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
