Clinic and call Mon-Fri 8a-430p Call: 1:2 (30m response) Provider on call full week via phone and in person for hospital consults
• Worksite Setting:
Inpatient / Outpatient
• Scope of Work:
Trauma Level 2 Typical Cases Seen:
Breast, Lung, Prostate, Mix of other organ sites o Procedures: 2D & 3D radiation therapy, IMRT, IGRT, DIBH, SBRT, SRS Brachytherapy for cylinders (typically we don't put the locums on our materials license) 2 new consults/ 1-reevaulation/ 2 follow-up patients
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements:
Active PA license or IMLC accepted, BC in Radiation Onc., DEA
• EMR:
Aria RO Epic
• Pay Rate Preferred: $3600 per day
