Schedule:
Clinic and call
- Mon-Fri 8a-430p
- Call: 1:2 (30m response)
- Provider on call full week via phone and in person for hospital consults
Inpatient / Outpatient
• Scope of Work:
- Trauma Level 2
- Typical Cases Seen:
Breast, Lung, Prostate, Mix of other organ sites
- 2D & 3D radiation therapy, IMRT, IGRT, DIBH, SBRT, SRS
- Brachytherapy for cylinders (typically we don't put the locums on our materials license)
- 2 new consults/ 1-reevaulation/ 2 follow-up patients
Active PA license or IMLC accepted, BC in Radiation Onc., DEA
• EMR:
Aria RO Epic
• Pay Rate Preferred: $3600 per day
