Inpatient Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistant - Open to Weekend Only Coverage in Pennsylvania

This Pennsylvania hospital seeks an experienced Physician Assistant for inpatient Cardiothoracic Surgery coverage. Join a specialized surgical team providing critical support for adult patients during this ongoing interim assignment.

Practice Setting

• Inpatient surgical hospital

Schedule

• Only 14 shifts per month still available
• Flexible block scheduling including 1 week on/1 week off
• Weekend-only coverage options available to fit your schedule
• Night and weekend call rotation included

Procedures and Cases

• First assist for Cardiothoracic surgeries
• Endoscopic vein harvesting (EVH)
• Use of Vasoview Hemopro 2 and Olympus HD equipment

Requirements

• Pennsylvania license required
• Minimum 24 months of experience
• Active ACLS and BLS certifications

Credentialing Requirements

• 90-day standard credentialing timeframe
• Temporary privileges available for qualified candidates
