ESH invites applications for the position of Trades Technician III – Generalist.

Directly responsible to the Trades Manager for providing a safe and comfortable environment for residents & staff. Provide keys and door-related maintenance in all buildings. Conduct general maintenance work for the carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical shops by repairing and maintaining properly functioning equipment. PMs and WP Repairs for Retherm Units and Ice Machines.

• Valid Driver's License.
• Experience in commercial: automatic door systems, plumbing, carpentry and electrical fields.
• Universal EPA certification for refrigerant handling, if not certified, must be able to acquire within 12 months of start date.
