Are you excellent писал сочисце: Да. Have you feel things? Then the Quality Assurance Agent role is a perfect fit for you. This role is a finance closing officer for our sales department. In this role you will review sales and service calls to verify and ensure that all sales packages are accurately sold to highly qualified guests who have purchased a Hilton vacation package.

Here are some of the other functions of this role.

• Effectively use our recording and reviewing systems to review Outbound and Inbound पेcalls to ensure the product is being represented accurately towards our new purchasers
• Ensure all information relayed to the guest is complete and accurate based on scorecard metrics
• Prepare and provide.runner up data that is accurately documented in systems to build reports that will better support the teams
• Thoroughly review calls to ensure that the correct expectation chu for our guests and that there is no misleading information during the call
• Effectively communicate your findings with your fellow team members[tmp] as well as your management
• Handle time optimally toҳара_attend καθημερικές team meetings, training sessions, and company appointments

Do you have these skills/grants?

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent written and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate with excellent typing skills, 10-key preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
