This full-time, on-site role is based in Williamsburg, VA. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the store. Responsibilities include ensuring exceptional customer service, assisting with staff training and development, driving sales, overseeing inventory management, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. You will act as a leader by fostering a positive team environment and executing company policies to achieve store goals.

This role requires maintaining excellent communication and collaboration with the store manager and team members to create a welcoming and engaging environment for customers and staff.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to ensure a positive experience for customers.
• Retail knowledge, including sales techniques, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle daily operational challenges.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in basic technology, such as point-of-sale systems and retail software.
• Previous retail experience and a passion for Vans and the lifestyle industry are highly desirable.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
