Retail Sales Associate

Retail Sales Associate – Join the Staples team to provide exceptional customer service and support shoppers in finding solutions.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will help customers locate products, provide solutions, handle returns or online pickups, and contribute to a fun, team‑oriented retail environment. Hiring immediately and training is provided.

• Multitask on cashier, sales, and merchandising duties.
• Respond quickly and resourcefully to customer requests and concerns.
• Create a positive, inviting environment for customers.
• Use basic selling skills to engage and present solutions.
• Handle returns and online pick‑ups.
• Perform additional duties such as cleaning, stocking shelves, and other tasks as assigned.
