We offer a dynamic retail environment on campuses of higher education, focusing on delivering essential educational content, tools, and merchandise. Our teams interact directly with students, faculty, administrators, alumni, and the general public to provide outstanding customer service for books, general merchandise, and a range of academic community products.

We are seeking dynamic, friendly, and customer-focused team members to serve as temporary staff in our Shipping & Receiving department for a period of 90 days or less. In this role you will spend most of your time between a warehouse setting and the sales floor, ensuring the store is stocked and ready to serve our customers.

• Assist with shipments, orders, and invoices—verifying all for accuracy.
• Pack, seal, label, or affix postage to prepare materials for shipping.
• Use hand tools, power tools, online shipping services, or postage meters.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all departments to greet and support customers and teammates.
• Shelve, arrange, and categorize stock according to specific criteria that may change frequently.
• Clean the store and warehouse to maintain a safe and efficient work floor.
• Provide periodic assistance with processing sales transactions involving cash, credit, or financial aid payments.
• Be available to work on a weekly basis for a period of 90 days or less, including occasional weekends and flexible scheduling for opening, midday, or closing shifts.

• Frequent movement within the store to access various departments, areas, and products.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
