Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing visits in a home setting.
Position Details:
- Location:
Williamsburg, VA 23188 - Flexible scheduling
- Home health / skilled nursing visits
- Approximately 20 hours per week
- Medication administration and management
- Patient assessment and vital signs
- Wound care (if applicable)
- Documentation of visits
- Communication with physician and care team
- Active Virginia RN or LPN license
- Home health or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Professional and compassionate care
Part-time – approximately 20 hours per week
