Endoscopy Nurse

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Endoscopy Nurse located in Williamsburg & Newport News, VA. The Endoscopy Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care during endoscopy procedures, assisting physicians in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and maintaining a safe and sterile procedural environment. Responsibilities also include preparing patients, monitoring vital signs, administering medications as required, and educating patients on post-procedure recovery and care.

• Strong nursing and patient care skills, with experience in providing compassionate and efficient coverage in clinical settings
• Expertise in endoscopy procedures and related medical/surgical practices
• Knowledge of patient preparation, monitoring, and post-procedure recovery
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to foster a collaborative team environment
