Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center Williamsburg, VA Registered Nurse Manager Hospital Resource Pool / Coordinator for Stroke & Magnet

This role will manage approximately 20 FTEs as well as coordinate responsibility for Stroke and Magnet Programs at Williamsburg Regional Medical Center

The Manager will supervise and manage a 24-hour operation.

The RN Manager is responsible and accountable for 24 hr operations, including scheduling, resources, and mentoring and/or assisting staff. Interviews, hires, and develops team members to achieve a highly effective work team. Engages in talent retention strategies for the area(s) of responsibility.

• 2 years or more of Nursing Leadership REQUIRED
• 2 years RECENT RN bedside hospital experience REQUIRED
• Bachelors in Nursing (or higher) REQUIRED
• RN License to practice in Virginia REQUIRED

• RN-Bachelor’s Degree, or
• RN-Master’s Degree

• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire
