Housekeeping & Apparel Worker I / Floor Technician Responsibilities

To perform a variety of Housekeeping Duties with Positive Expectations;
To ensure cleanliness and sanitary conditions are maintained for residents and employees. Support ESH Vision, Mission and values statement.

• Experience with floor procedures for stripping and waxing, burnishing, and buffing.
• Experience with chemicals used during the floor cleaning process.
• Experience with stripping/waxing machines, burnishing machines, and buffing machines.
• Experience with industrial carpet shampooers, rotary carpet cleaning machines and steamers.
