Job Summary:

Maintains responsibility for cash operations within the branch. Serves as a mentor and role model for tellers, responsibly providing security overrides as needed and after transaction review. Provides Langley members impeccable service in person while accurately processing all member transactions. Educates members on Langley products and services to improve members’ lives by them save, borrow, and spend wisely.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:

• Coordinates all aspects of monetary operations within the branch, ensuring an adequate supply of funds is available for replenishment, a sufficient stock of bills and coins is present in all equipment, and all assets are safeguarded.
• Provides security overrides to other tellers, ensuring adequate control of transactions.
• Assists other staff with escalated member situations.
• Opens and closes the branch as needed when no supervisor is present.
• Serves as a mentor and role model for all tellers, providing adequate on-site training.
• Processes all types of transactions for members, including balance inquiries, transfers, payments, loan advances, account openings, and all other requests through our core system.
