Host will be responsible for the accurate data entry of Players Club members, assist guests in the formal application process by explaining the benefits of being a member, and assist the promotions department with current promotions. This position will set up new accounts, issue comps for current promotional days and manage prize redemption.

• Greet and inform all guests of all benefits of the Player’s Club program.
• Opening/closing booth and related tasks.
• Maintain award and card inventory as well as other stock items.
• Answering a multi-line telephone system, transferring calls, and taking messages.
• Explain operation of card in slot machine and at Table Games.
• Describe award levels and record award redemptions.
