• Oversee everything that occurs during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, customer relations, and following all policy and procedures 100% of the time.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, schedule adherence, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability, and great customer service.
• Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory, and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility on a daily basis.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers, and provide written instructions where necessary.
• Perform essential math and monetary skills, operate computers or touch screens, and maintain precise motor coordination.
• Work in varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering and driving; manage in‑store temperatures ranging from 36 °F to 90 °F+; handle fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, and hot surfaces up to 500 °F.
• Work under stress, meet quality‑control standards, analyze data, and make decisions while working alone or with others.
• Meet physical demands such as stooping, bending, crouching, reaching up to 72″, hand tasks involving coordination, and operating entry and exit machinery.
• Deliver product by car; maintain safe driving record and provide proof of insured vehicle.

Williamsburg, VA – Salary range $65,000.00–$85,000.00.
