Schedule:

Full-time – Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, 8 am – 5 pm;
Tuesday, 9:30 am – 7 pm; no weekends.

Provide primary eye care and ocular disease management; perform examinations, prescribe treatments, manage contact lenses, and refer appropriately. See approximately 20 patients per day, with about 3–4 patients per hour, to ensure ample time with each patient.

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree
• Valid Virginia state license to practice optometry
• Residency training as an optometrist (preferred)
• Experience in primary care residency, cornea/contact lens residency, or ocular disease management preferred
• Strong work ethic, enthusiasm for optometry, and a motivated, ownership‑oriented mentality

• Exposure to a wide range of eye care: 75% primary care, 25% medical base (glaucoma, dry eye, neuro‑vision, contact lens fittings)
• State‑of‑the‑art technology: OCT‑A, digital fundus camera, visual field unit, corneal photography, Lipi View, Lipi Flow
• Supportive team including head doctor, front desk, technicians, scribes, and practice manager
• Work‑life balance with no weekend hours and a predictable schedule
