Overview
The Human Resources Generalist - to provide human resources support to Franchisees and Employees of national franchisee company.
Responsibilities- Maintains employee new hire and exit interviews.
- Respond to all employee requests and answer employee questions.
- Process payroll with CenterPoint Payroll system.
- Process new hire procedures: including pre-boarding, onboarding, creating new employee files and employee record retention.
- Process weekly and monthly payroll taxes.
- Supports changes and additions to current payroll system as needed (add new deductions, changes in status, etc.).
- Assists with advising employees, distributing information regarding benefits, compensation, and procedures.
- Assists with benefits administration related to invoice reconciliation.
- Assist Human Resources Director with maintaining company platform and on various projects.
- Professional Experience/
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel.
- Must be a self-starter, who can prioritize multiple client payrolls and be able to manage deadlines.
- Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, other employees, and clients.
- Ability to work overtime when needed.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.

Ability to use and learn standard office equipment and technology with proficiency. Able to perform successfully under pressure while prioritizing and handling multiple projects or activities. Ability to share office cleaning responsibilities with fellow team members on a rotational basis to include care of a shared restroom and vacuuming a common area hallway.
May require minimal as-needed travel (0-10%).
