Your Impact
  • Lead and manage a team of brand ambassadors, ensuring consistent execution of guest engagement strategies.
  • Coach and mentor team members, fostering professional development and high performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand initiatives with sales and marketing goals.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies to maximize guest engagement and conversions.
  • Champion teamwork and a positive culture, setting the standard for excellence in guest-facing interactions.
What You Bring
  • Minimum one year experience in lead generation or sales.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated exceptional proactivity, strong interpersonal skills, genuine empathy, and a customer‑centric approach.
  • Flexible availability is required:
    Must include weekends, with the potential for holidays and extended hours.
  • Unrestricted Driver’s License and the ability to travel to multiple locations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in identifying practical issues, reviewing pertinent information, and developing, evaluating, and implementing solutions.
  • Physical capacity to lift, bend, and carry up to 40 lbs comfortably for setup and breakdown tasks.
