Motorcoach Operator (Casual / On-Call) - Williams Lake

Join Trimark People Solutions as a Casual / On-Call Motorcoach Operator to provide safe and reliable transportation for passengers in Williams Lake and surrounding areas. We are hiring 4 casual/on-call drivers.

Location: Williams Lake, BC

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Preferences: Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

You take pride in your work, value safety and service excellence, and enjoy flexible, on-call work and supporting operations. You enjoy interacting with passengers and serve as an ambassador for TRAXX Coachlines and the local community.

• Safely transport passengers while adhering to all safety programs, policies, and procedures
• Assist with loading and unloading passenger luggage
• Address passenger inquiries and concerns in a polite and professional manner
• Keep passengers informed of trip progress and advise of any delays
• Complete pre- and post‑trip inspections and reports, including vehicle and incident reporting
• Maintain the bus in a clean and presentable condition
• Maintain accurate trip logs
• Be available for on‑call shifts as required
• Work weekends, evenings, and holidays as operationally required

• Valid Class 1 or Class 2 Commercial Driver’s License with air brake endorsement
• Proof of a clean Driver’s Abstract
• Knowledge of motor coach operations, safety standards, and applicable regulations
• Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience, preferably in motor coach operations
• Minimum 1 year of motor coach experience
• Experience driving on logging roads and using radio communication
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Prior tour bus or charter driving experience is considered an asset

• Competitive hourly pay starting from $32.00 per hour, based on experience

Casual / On-Call

Shifts available 7 days a week, based on operational needs.

Between 5:00 AM and 7:30 PM, with breaks every 5 hours.
